- The Car – 1971 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV. One of the last ones built in 1971 and featured the grill of the later series 2000 GTV. U.S. Spec car with mechanical fuel-injection.
- The Story – The one that started it all. Acquired in New York City in 1973 and used it as an everyday driver for 12 years. It was driven across the U.S. from coast to coast a couple of times and up to Canada a few times. It went through a number of hands since I had it and is now restored and living about 10 miles from me.
- The Cool Factor – It got me into cars in general and Alfas in particular. A big part of my life in many ways and was present at many momentous occasions. Also got me into touring and racing. A quick car that won many time-trial awards.
