- The Car – 1972 Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV, European spec. car with Dellorto carbs, higher lift cams from the factory.
- The Story – Car was owned by an elderly doctor in Southern Italy who had it since new. Brought into the country by an airline pilot for resale. Car was low milage (under 20,000 km) but had a few rashes from the elderly gentleman owner who was past his prime driving years. Plastic wrap was still intact in the back seat cushions from the factory. Beautifully repainted and kept pretty original.
- The Cool Factor – Great driving car with lots of pep from the up-rated engine and the lack of smog equipment. Won many awards at car shows including top prizes at the Vancouver Multi-club concourse and the Palo Alto Concours.
