  • The Bike – 1980 Gios Super Record.
  • The Story – Obtained frame and fork from Morgan Fletcher.  Ed Litton repaint.  Bike came from Europe and was probably raced due to the additional race-team graphics.  According to correspondence between Morgan and Alfredo Gios, the bike was built in 1980 or 1981.
  • The Cool Factor – Gios Super Record with the coin in the crown treatment.

  1. My Gios SR has 2 10 Pfinnig coins in the fork crown, coins are 1982. I would have expected Liras but I guess they didn’t make such small denominations?
